Important dates
- Abstract submission deadline: 15th April 2025
- Notification of abstract acceptance: 1st May 2025
- Notification of oral presentation: 1st May 2025
Scope
Abstracts must relate directly to the conference theme—infectious diseases and/or the impact of infections on systemic diseases. The organizers reserve the right to reject abstracts not aligned with the scope.
- Abstracts should be submitted in the form below.
- Abstracts may be semi-structured or unstructured, up to 300 words. No tables, figures, or images are allowed. Abstracts may be submitted in English or Polish.
- The presenting author must be registered for the conference by the submission deadline and can submit only one abstract as presenting author.
- For conflicts of interest, please state “No conflicts of interest” if none exist.
- Contact konferencjai3@pm.me for inquiries about submission, revisions, or withdrawals prior to the deadline.

Acceptance and Presentations:
• The presenting author will be notified by 1st May 2024.
• Up to five abstracts will be selected for a 10-minute oral presentation.
• Oral presentation slides must include a title slide (with presenting author’s name). Submit your presentation as .pptx or .pdf to the address indicated in the acceptance notification.
Posters:
• Posters must be A0 size (1189 x 841 mm).
• Poster boards, pins, and tape will be provided at the venue.
Poster Prize:
• All accepted posters are automatically entered into the i3 -Poster Prize competition.
• The winner will be announced at the Conference Dinner on 15 May 2024 and will receive a prize funded by the i3 Foundation.
